Here's a little baked bean goodie that uses whatever chicken pieces you happen to have handy, adds some beans and an interesting combination of other things to make a great little barbecued bean casserole.

Easy Barbeque Chicken Casserole
1 16-ounce can pork and beans
4 chicken pieces (any sort of chicken you like works here)
1/4 cup catsup
2 Tablespoons peach preserves
2 teaspoons instant minced onion
1/4 teaspoon soy sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Place beans in a 2-quart casserole and lay the chicken on top of the bean layer. Mix together remaining ingredients and pour over chicken and beans.
Cover and bake for 1 3/4 hours.
Yields 4 servings.
